4. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation.

• Payments are accepted via approved online processors.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Event and Product Policy

• 6th Note operates as a mobile experience; travel fees may apply based on event location.

• Custom blends and gift card sales are final due to the nature of personalized products.

• Guests participate at their own discretion; we are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

• All fragrances are made using IFRA-compliant, skin-safe ingredients.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, images, logos, trademarks, and product descriptions—is the property of 6th Note and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, specifically within Tangipahoa Parish. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate local court jurisdiction.
